Project Challenges

We built this CRM platform that allowed the users to organize their operations in expanding the Helium network. As the Helium network grew exponentially, so did the amount of user data being managed. This posed scaling and performance challenges.

Solutions

Buzzvel analyzed the client's project and sought to present a strategy to respond to Hotspotty's primary needs and executed accordingly by working closely with the Hotspotty team.

The proposed strategies were proven to be effective as the platform now has over 200k users and about half of the Helium network is being managed on the platform without any down time since the beginning.

Results

With the development of the CRM platform, Hotspotty now has a solid foundation to further expand their platform and grow with their market opportunities and customer needs over time.

This CRM makes a detailed collection of data and saves them in a permanent, not allowing its elimination. In this sense, the data can always be rescued and consulted if necessary.

In addition, by allowing a more comprehensive collection of information, it leads to a more tremendous amount of information available to be used, thus enabling the expansion of the Helium network; The Hotspotty project, due to updates carried out in conjunction with Buzzvel, was awarded worldwide and considered a Market Leader Product.

Hotspotty now has over 200k users and about half of the Helium network (close to 1M hotspots worldwide) is being managed on the platform without any down time since the first release. It is considered the market leader in the ecosystem and received community-voted awards such as the Helium Noble Awards (blog.helium.com/2021-noble-awards-winners-announced-12107cd62aa7)
